Lumeta, LLC was pleased to be featured in DuPont’s partner innovation section at their 5th Annual PV Reliability Reception co-hosted with Semi, at the Intersolar North America conference which took place on July 15, 2015 in San Francisco. The reception attracted more than 300 attendees.
Lumeta has designed and developed a unique solar module form factor to achieve lightweight, robust and reliable residential and commercial C- Si modules, solving numerous issues in the industry. DuPont is a valued strategic partner of Lumeta, supplying key components of the modules to include the DuPont™ Tefzel® EFTE film-based superstate used in the modules’ front sheet and the DuPont™ Tedlar® PVF film which is incorporated into the semi-rigid substrate.
A poster presenting the process Lumeta engaged in to solve the initial recognized issue of weight constrained buildings was prominently displayed, with attendees able to speak with company executives throughout the reception.
